We're selling this Cheoy Lee Offshore sailboat because my husband is starting a new business. We just bought it last year and we only pre-owned it a handful of times. It's in good running sailable condition. Sleeps four and has six feet head room. It comes with the Main Jib Genoa and Spinnaker. 9hp Yanmar inboard diesel, VHF and depth sounder. Alcohol stove, sink and table. It also has a small wood stove for the cold days. Brand new toilet not installed. Fiberglass Hull/Deck/Cabin Trunk. All teak trim and cabinetry. Don't know how many hours are on the motor, but it runs well.
