Seller note:

Actual Location: Seattle, WA
- Stock #[removed phone] - This vessel was SOLD on December 31.The Queen of Seattle is currently moored at the Lake Union Dry Dock in Seattle, WA. She doesn't currently have an active COI but with some work and documentation with the USCG, this is something that you could obtain if your objective is to get her back into service. Probably the most viable scenario would be to get her permanently moored and turned into a restaurant, bar/club, OR live-aboard. There are lots of different and unique possibilities for this one!The mooring is transferable - The current owners are paying roughly $1400 per month for the slip and utilities. They don't usually allow live-aboards at that location but certain exceptions might be made. This is determined by the local manager Rich Titus. If you're more than 500 miles away inland or overseas, it probably wouldn't be cost effective to get it shipped out. It can be done but it would be expensive. The most viable way to transport is by tow. This can be done at a relatively low price if she can be transported by water. ---BRIEF HISTORY / VESSEL OVERVIEW---The current owner purchased the vessel in Sacramento in 2006, put over a million dollars into her over that winter, and put her into operation in Ketchikan, AK in the summer of 2007. The operation was not successful in Ketchikan, so they moved her to Lake Union and ran her for a few years doing half day tours and dinner/event cruises. The business was building, but consumed a significant amount of our management effort, as well as being away from our core operations in Alaska. In the end we decided to shut the operation down in order to focus our energy and capital on our businesses in Alaska.Built in 1984 but had a major refit in 2007.She's 120 FT long w/ a beam of 25 FT, and the draft is roughly 5'8".Tonage = 99 Gross and 57 NET,---MAIN DECK---On the main deck you'll see the open bar with large dance floor. The restrooms are right there as well with nearby access to the exterior walkways. The Galley has a commercial refrigerator and freezer. Both the main deck and 2nd level deck feature flat screen monitors that are connected to a number of panning cameras. ---BERTH'S ONBOARD - DECK 3---The 3rd deck level has a large exterior space surrounding the vessel with 8 small cabins. Dimensions are 8x8' and do not have plumbing. There is one cabin that is substantially larger - The main Captains Stateroom. This one is located center / midships. This stateroom has plumbing and could be converted into a sleeper with some work. You'd need to replace all the fixtures. ---DECK 4---4th deck level provides access to the pilothouse - It's also occupied by a 1930's vintage, 38-Whistle.--PROPULSION EQUIPMENT--Primary propulstion is provided by a John Deere diesel engine and 100 KW Marathon Generator. 2 Piston-Type, 36" stroke, reversing steam main engines - Manufacturered in 1984 - Which drive a 13x13' diameter / 6" stern-mounted paddle wheel. -OUTBOARD thrusters for tight navigation details.Originally there were 2 Honda 4-stroke 50 HP outboards mounted to port and starboard. There is only 1 onboard at this time. The 2nd outboard was recently stolen. The vessel is also fitted with an 18" diameter tunnel-type bow thruster - Driven by an Eaton pressure compensated hydraulic pump and a 40 HP electric motor. Both the outboard(s) and bow thrusters are controlled from the bridge / pilot house. ---MOTIVATED SELLER -- ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!---At POP Yachts, we will always provide you with a TRUE representation of every vessel we market. The Queen of Seattle does need some work - The extent all depends on what type of application you'll be using the boat for. For the price, I don't think you can beat the value. The seller is motivated to get her sold and has recently made a series of hefty price drops. I doubt the Queen of Seattle will be on the market for too much longer!
Here is your chance to buy a very unique piece of history!
