Broker's Remarks
The HI Z most assuredly will not win the annual yacht club award for the best looking boat over 75 feet among most of the luxury yachts moored in their marina. However; this rugged and stout vessel is similar to the fishing craft featured on the reality TV show: The Deadliest Catch. It is built whit those characteristics to withstand the rigors of the stormy Bearing Sea to provide those aboard safe passage to any destination in all sea conditions. Clearly; the vessel is a well constructed small ship built by the savvy Philippe Allemand who is widely known to construct quality crew boats supply boats and fishing trawlers for commercial purposes. His legacy as a reputable commercial boat builder is evident throughout the construction of the HI Z. The vessel is a long-time veteran of annual exploration/fishing adventures to Alaska and the Bering Sea. This vessel is capable of travel in comfort and safety to any location across the globe which provides a reasonable expectation of ownership at a very affordable price. The boat was designed initially with the engine room positioned slightly aft of the superstructure to facilitate the future extension of the boat by fifteen feet. Those drawings are included with the purchase. Additionally; for the buyer looking for a more luxurious interior; the simplicity of the present layout provides any interior modifications to be accomplished without gutting the existing vessel for a reasonable price
